Youth Goal #7 – Quality Employment for All

This episode was created by the Italian organization Scambieuropei. What would be your definition of “quality employment”? What are your expectations from the labour market as a young European citizen? In this episode, Giulia meets Pauline and Giorgia to discuss the Youth Goal “Quality Employment for All”.

In terms of European youth policies, it refers to the priority given in guaranteeing an accessible labour market with opportunities that lead to quality jobs for all young people.

Nowadays, young generations are significantly suffering from unemployment, precarious and exploitative working conditions, as well as discrimination in the labour market and the workplace. Together with our three young speakers, we are going to learn more about the different types of measures that can be taken in order to ensure quality employment for all.
