Youth Goal #11 – Youth Organisations & European Programmes

This episode was created by the portuguese organization Synergia. We’ve made it to the last Youth Goal addressed by this podcast series! The EU description of this eleventh Youth Goal is to “Ensure equal access for all young people to youth organisations and European youth programmes, building a society based on European values and identity.

”To better understand this goal and what it concretely implies, we interviewed Fernando, the project manager of our organization Synergia. Synergia is a portuguese organization that works to offer opportunities to young people and to improve young people engagement with european institutions.

Through the interview Fernando gives us examples of what it means to engage young people and how important it is to make their words heard in such process, by creating projects based on their most concrete needs.
