This episode was created by the portuguese organization Synergia. The Youth Goal “Sustainable and Green Europe” is referred to by the EU as to “achieve a society in which all young people are environmentally active, educated and able to make a difference in their everyday lifes.”We approached this youth goal from the first person perspective, trying to understand the impact each of us have on Climate change, reflecting on our responsibilities.
To do so we interviewed Teresa, a psychologist and PHD candidate, hiking and nature enthusiast, and engaged woman who regularly volunteers to create awareness on the relation between climate change and mental health.
How can we change our behavior to mitigate climate change? How can we learn to adapt and communicate on this serious topic? These are some of the questions we addressed together.
